This band is no longer around. They were on Tooth & Nail until their final album, "You Should Be Living". The band officially called it quits in April of 2003. Sad news... they were actually pretty decent.

just thought i should tell you. i grew up listening to twothirtyeight, and they were a pretty huge deal to many of my friends. so every time we see a twothirtyeight anywhere, we sing the first of "hands of men" which is from their best album, regulate the chemicals. also, we schedule band practices, conference, appointments, haircuts, etc. at 2:38 all the time. i regularly call my little brother at 2:38 and say "twothirtyeight. wow, good times." i used to go to a discussion group at this coffee shop that met at 2:38 on sundays and was called "Twothirtyeight Forum."
it's my favorite number in the universe.
There's a new 238 band, just a little over a year old, I think.
